1. Statue of King Rama III

 A statue of King Rama III sitting on a chair.  This statue is also depicted on a 500 baht bill.

2. King Rama I Monument

 A giant statue of King Rama I, the founder of the current Thai dynasty, "Ratanakosin"  The height from the base is 4.6m.  There is a square in front of the statue.

3. Phra Mae Thorani

 A goddess of the earth (Phra Mae Thorani) enshrined in a white shrine.  There is a myth that when the demons attacked the Buddha during meditation, they squeezed the water out of their wet hair and washed them away.

4. Democracy Monument

 It was built in 1940 by the then "Pibul songgram" cabinet to commemorate the Constitutional Revolution that took place in 1932.  On the pedestal of the four winged parties, which are 24 meters high, there is an overview of the Constitutional Revolution.  The tower also serves as a memorial to the victims of the democracy.  People who have been sacrificed in conflict with the army during the Constitutional Revolution, the 1973 Constitutional Reform Rally, and the 1992 "Suchinda" Prime Minister Resignation Demonstration are enshrined in the central area.

5. Victory Monument 

 In the 1940 French Indochina border dispute, Thai troops engaged the French forces in Indochina and suffered significant damage.  The tower was unveiled on the 1941 Revolution Day in honor of the 583 soldiers and police officers who died in the conflict.

6. The Equestrian Statue of King Rama V 

 It was built in 1908, the 40th anniversary of King Rama V's coronation, in the square in front of the "Ananta Samakhom" palace.  On Tuesday, the birthday of King Rama V, locals visit the statue to pay homage.

7. Monument of King Taksin 

 King Taksin rebuilt Thailand and built the capital of the Thonburi dynasty in 1767.  In the middle of the huge roundabout is the statue of King Taksin, the founder of the country.

8. King Rama VI Monument 

 Near the southwest entrance of Lumpinee Park is a statue of King Rama VI in military uniform.  Lumpini Park was created by the donation of royal land by King Rama VI.

9. Monument King Rama VIII 

 The statue stands on the Chao Phraya River in Rama VIII Park.  The Rama VIII Bridge, which stretches from the side of the park to the opposite bank, is also the landmark of Bangkok as the fifth longest bridge in the world due to its asymmetrical cable-stayed style.
